Pavel Skřivánek (30) has been named new Head of Office Agency at King Sturge Prague. He is replacing Eva Lovětínská, who is going on maternity leave at the end of June 2010. Pavel Skřivánek´s main role at King Sturge is to further develop Agency´s relations with Landlords and Tenants across the Prague office market. And, based on his previous professional experience to strenghten and increase King Sturge´s position in the Czech regions and expand its T-representation service.

Pavel Skřivánek graduated from the Czech University of Economics and from the Czech University of Life Sciences, both of them in Prague. In the years 2005 – 2010 he worked in Office Agency at Cushman & Wakefield. During his first years in the property market Pavel was involved in the regional office market and acted on behalf of Landlords in Prague 1. Later, he specialised in T-representation in Prague and the regional cities around the country. In 2008, when he was promoted to a senior consultant at C&W, he spent several months in their headquarters in London, working on instructions in the UK´s capital.

Pavel´s hobbies are travelling and sport. He is fluent in English.
