There have been signs of recovery on the industrial and logistics property market in the first half of 2010. While in the first quarter of this year lease agreements for approx. 158.000 m2 of new space have been signed, there were 221.500 m2 under contract.
King Sturge, an international property consultancy, celebrates two anniversaries in 2010: 250 years of company in the UK and 18 years of Czech branch existence.

There was slightly optimistic news in the first quarter of 2010 with demand reaching over 158,000 m2. Nearly 110,000 m2 related to new leases and existing tenants expand, whereas ca. 50,000 m2 was the result of renegotiating existing leases.
